I use several programs with my Apple Pencil. I've always felt that the drawing or writing I create with it was a bit messy compared to how I write on paper. This screen protector does a fantastic job of making your Apple Pencil less slippery on the screen. This way you have more control over your handwriting. However, it took me a while to get used to the texture without the pen. It makes your screen look matte, which also means you have some texture and your fingers make distinctive sounds when you scroll on your iPad. Like real paper... a whistle, if you will. I adapted quickly and love having it on my iPad. This makes working with GoodNotes and Procreate much more enjoyable!
