I am 5ft 6in and 150lbs. I ordered a medium size. I am 51 years old and in generally good physical condition. legs and short torso. I love wearing this dress. It's a comfy cotton jersey and the colors are so fun! I bought it to wear to the beach but one day I threw it in my gym bag and put it on after a workout. I added some cute mini stone bracelets, hoop earrings and flip flops and felt so happy and fun! Straps slide up and down for adjustment. 51 felt great that day.
