Review on πŸ’š Nalgene Mini-Grip Glow Green Water Bottle (12-Ounce): Stay Hydrated in Style! by Jon Krishna

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not just for water anymore

I bought this bottle not just for the water bottle, but because it's made of glow-in-the-dark plastic. There is nothing special in the lighting department. You'll be passed out in minutes no matter how long you charge it. However, the material is translucent and glows bright green when used with a USB lightbulb instead of a cover (search under Sports & Sports). On the road - USB lightbulb). 3.5, 5 or 7 watts. They're all about the same size, and when the lamp dome is removed (they just pop off) it sits right over that wide mouth with no MacGivering required. Plug it into a USB power bank and you've got bright, appealing camping or patio lighting. Don't throw away the lid, it doubles as a hiding place for things you don't want to get wet and triples if you use it to store liquids. A few words of caution: the glow is the same color as the Kriana Krill lamp. There are unconfirmed reports of animals being attracted to this colored light. And after the hike in the backyard, I have to report mine. For three hours he attracted skunks, possums, a fox and an owl. to a person in close proximity. I'm just glad the bears didn't see it. Shop and have fun.
