The software has been developed to help us with our engagement efforts, both for internal communications as well from client-facing materials like newsletters or marketing campaigns we are running in social media channels (Facebook). We have had great success using this product so far! Their customer support team could be improved though - they tend not respond quickly enough when needed which leads me into another area of dissatisfaction I'm having right now :/ If you need an engaging toolkit then definitely go ahead & give it try out :) Great communication channel between HQs / Marketing teams where all stakeholders can see what their colleagues at other locations around Europe do about content sharing etc., It also allows my boss who lives abroad but works remotely some insights how important online activities really matter back home even if he doesn't physically attend them personally ;).
