Review on 🍕 ESSENTIALS Pizza Peel: 14-Inch Natural Acacia Wood for Homemade Baking, Bread, Cake, Cheese Board, and Serving Tray by Ashley Martinez

The item arrived in a nice box with a bow although I didn't specify it was a gift. I assume this is the standard. Also included was a very good bread knife. Excellent packaging. The product is great too. I've used it as a pizza turner many times and I love it. It's big enough to cook the pizza before placing it on the Lodge's pizza tray. I use parchment paper. It's really attractive. I did not experience any of the negative issues mentioned in several other reviews. I cut right on it and it left a small scar, but it's a pizza turner, not a painting. I keep a side plank from each cut as it works great on a tray of fruit, cheese and meat. Haven't greased it yet, but I will. I wash and dry quickly and have no problems with cracking or peeling. I recommend this product as it is perfect for pizzas that are 16 inches or larger. The only thing I can improve is a nicer string. Maybe include leather instead of burlap. That's all. Everything else about the products is great.
