Best treadmill position for tablet accessories

This puts my iPad Air 2 at eye level while running on the treadmill. Looking at an iPad or iPhone is bad for posture, and many medical researchers predict that today's millennials will be as slouched by the age of 40 as they are in their 80s. - Level for a person up to 1.80 m tall. Check the maximum opening of the C-clamp (1.75") to make sure it will fit your treadmill. I mounted mine on a 1" padded pole. I find it very easy to insert and remove the iPad with or without the case and keeps the iPad secure.
