I emailed Revain who referred me to the manufacturer Arkon. Great mount, bought for my iPad Air, the mount offers perfect articulation as a desktop mount. It would have been a good idea to tighten the ball joint screw on the C clamp as my lever made it slip out of the box a bit. Once this was tightened, the device became rock hard. Bought for my student who is in a wheelchair. I also bought him a Kindle Fire and the books we read in class. It's easy to attach, very durable and the rotating head allows him to adjust it to suit his purposes. There are cheaper guns out there, but I'm glad I went for this one. Great stand! Durable and well made. The plastic head hinge, just behind the retaining plate, wobbles as several people have noticed. A rubber O-ring solves this problem.
