Review on 📱 Arkon Heavy Duty Tablet Clamp Mount for iPad Air, iPad Pro, iPad 4, 3, 2 - Retail Black by Polo Acri

I actually rewrote my previous positive review after the pin holding the record broke after a few weeks of use. This is a plastic pin that prevents the plate holding the device from rotating. I emailed Revain who referred me to the manufacturer Arkon. I received an immediate automated response to send photos and an explanation of the problem and that I would receive a refund or repair within 2-3 weeks. I have sent the photos above with an explanation of the problem and have not received a reply from Arkon. That was in January, now mid-April. I have inquired three times since first contact and never heard from them again.
