The ease of use is what I like best about this software! It's so easy that even my grandmother can figure it out!! We are able train her in no time at all with how simple everything was set up before we got started using GEMMCO services. There wasn't anything negative i could point towards from our experience thus far but if there had been any issues or problems they were quickly addressed by their team members who worked diligently through them until things resolved themselves without much difficulty once again. !
