The anchors that came with them were complete junk and we had to buy new ones.
This shelf was a bit tricky to install, the anchors that came with were complete crap and we had to go out and buy new ones. For reference, we installed it in the bathroom, in plain old drywall, with no rivets or anything weird. We installed other shelves in the bathroom with no problems, just some really crap with the anchors. However, after we installed it, it's a beautiful shelf and holds all my makeup organizers perfectly. It has just the right depth and width and looks very smooth. I would give it a 5 on all fronts except the fact that we had to spend extra money to buy better wall anchors.
