A good value, comfortable silk sheet for hosteling and backpacking

Summary:-A pretty good silk sheet at a reasonable priceI bought this for use backpacking across southeast asia, and it got a ton of mileage. I ended up giving it to a buddy as i found a great deal on a much nicer silk liner (Cocoon mummy liner), but found this one almost as comparable in terms of feel, so I definitely disagree with other reviewers about it being low quality. I like that it is a box design, as it gives ample room when used on a bed instead of keeping you in a mummy pose. It does bleed color somewhat, but we didn't find it to be dramatic. Price is okay, especially relative to Sea to Summit or Cocoon, but we found $3 mummy liners in Asia everywhere that seemed to be just as good.Ultimately, I fully recommend this for backpacking and hostel use. When you wash it, handwash it on its own and you won't have color bleed problems - if you're going backpacking, you need a silk sheet for sure!

Pros
  • Can be used in a variety of climates
Cons
  • May not be as easy to clean as other liners
