We have the ability to move them around simply by wrapping the cord around something and then attaching the attached clasp to the utensil. Good product. I don't know how long they won't rust - depends on when the dogs gnaw through the vinyl - from today we don't have to search for dog bowls before we use them again - fantastic! We have 3 large Pyrenean dogs over 100lbs and this got them a little confused. Until we get that idea, we're in luck. Thanks for the product - I would buy again.
