Two different brands and models on Revain for the same identical product. Considering this for JUSTNEED and another MELUN model: Likes: Good solid construction. Solid magnetic base for attachment to metal surfaces. Removable elastic loop at top. It's a lot of fun to see the inside vibrate when the volume is cranked up. Very cool light effect and kind of futuristic. Dislikes: The rubber bumper looks goofy in my opinion. Double the weight of the speakers together and you're hanging them with a single loop that will likely wear out over time. The light effect is fixed blue and you cannot change it. No special lighting modes. There are no volume control or song skip buttons. Power button only, light on/off button. Both are exactly the same and Revane seems to have a lot of them at the moment which is very annoying. In my opinion, the high frequencies of JUSTNEED and MELUN are too loud and harsh. The base only kicks in when you turn up the volume. At this point the bass is actually pretty good and the only way to bring the treble down is to cover the top where the loop is. The loop is elastic and can be removed. It is attached with a screw mechanism. The magnetic base is strong and fairly reliable when attached to metal. The rubber bumper is a nice touch, but it makes the speakers look a bit odd, and I don't feel like hanging both speakers on the same loop. static and boring. The features and lack of features are also bland at this price point. There's too much high end that I actually want to hide to mute, and the bass only seems to kick in at high volume (at which point the high end gets pretty damn loud too). I want to reiterate that I really like the design of this speaker. . If only this JUSTNEED (or MELUN) speaker had MEGATEK light and sound balance, it would be a cool portable speaker. This product needs improvement. Maybe increase the size a bit and add some kind of AUX port so you can plug it in for charging/playing at the same time. I'm returning both MELUN and JUSTNEED, sorry I don't need it. MELUN comes with a lot of accessories, but I'm not sure if that really matters.
