Support Service Error
When I was able to start troubleshooting, the problem was a faulty cable. I've tried their online site 3 times and I'm still not sure if it went through but they haven't responded yet. As far as I can tell, their camera doesn't produce an image. If you don't hold the wire properly, but let go, the image will disappear.
