First let me say that once you get it working it will work fine. The main thing is that it works properly. Read the reviews here and more specifically about the app. When setting it up, I initially had trouble with the Bluetooth connection to set it up. I restarted the setup and bluetooth a few times and had to factory reset Furbo before I finally got around to setting up the first part. Then I tried the app and it crashed every time. Like the proud owner of a beautiful 9 week old puppy. I'm stuck in separation anxiety.
