Damn I wish I had taken some pictures before sending this bag back. I WANTED to love this bag. I thought all the reviews I read were wrong that they just got a bad bag BUT! NO, the ratings were correct. I put my journal, 20-ounce water bottle, and wallet in my bag, zipped it up, picked it up, and slung the strap over my shoulder, and the bag fell to the floor. The strap is broken. I had already decided that I would take my bag at lunchtime and have the shoemaker change the straps, but I was disgusted that I couldn't get to the car. lol. I'm not angry. I have requested and received my refund and everything is fine. Overall, I liked the design of the bag. This is definitely NOT real leather and has poorly designed handles. I would say if you like the design buy it and just have the straps fixed at a shoe repair shop it's still a good bag it just has this flaw. I won't say the bag is bad, I just didn't understand it very well.
