If you are looking at several different lamps and trying to decide on one, spend more money and get this lamp! do my own nails for several months. I had another lamp that I bought cheaper than Revain. I wish I had gotten this lamp sooner. I was convinced I was using the wrong products because my nail polish would peel off. I've tried different brands of polish etc. My other cheap little crappy lamp ended up blowing out a few bulbs and now I'm so glad it happened. This lamp cures the brand name gel I use in 30 seconds! Which was crazy because each shift used to take 2 minutes before. I love that this lamp is closed at the back and my whole arm fits in. My thumbs always dry just as quickly as other fingers, so that's a big plus. My old lamp was open at the back, more like an arch, and I felt I should cover it so my cat wouldn't look at it. This lamp has much more space and is completely closed.
