Update: After talking to them and sending a video of the problem, the support team still couldn't figure out how to use reverse mode. But I finally found out. You have to hold down the button to use it in reverse. They should mention it in their manual or know their products better. Such a waste of my time. I ordered two of these juicers thinking I had a faulty one the first time I tried it, but both don't work the other way around. I've contacted support but they seem ignorant of this issue and unable to help me.
