I have about 20,000 songs on my phone and computer that I wanted to copy onto SD cards for downloading to the car hard drive or play straight from the SD card . Strangely my high tech car has 2 SD ports but no USB port. I came across this device and admittedly I was more than skeptical that it would be very effective for the price. But the reviews gave me hope. This thing worked almost flawlessly whether it was connected to my phone or my computer. While it's not lightning fast, it's not too slow either. As a guess (I didn't really count), I would say that it filled a 32GB SD card with music files in about 40 minutes. No errors, no corrupt files. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the USB-C connector is too short. Therefore, in order to maintain a secure connection with my Galaxy Note 8, I had to remove the silicone case that I have. never mind But for the same reason, I found it best to leave the phone off while broadcasting.
