Height: 5"Weight: 170 lbsAge: 71Size: XLColor: Emerald GreenMy daughter is getting married in October and I wanted a dress that wasn't too blingy because I want to wear my mother's necklace which ties in nicely with the theme of the wedding. In June, based on the reviews, I ordered this dress in a medium and a large. Both were too tight (note: Koh Koh dresses tend to be made for Walmarts--i.e. very long in the waist and very long in general) I was intrigued by this dress however, but being 5," I wasn't sure if it looked like I was wearing the dress or if it was "wearing" me. I took a photo and sent both back. I must've ordered 5+ more Koh Koh dresses but none measured up. I was also looking for Peacock Green but had no luck finding anything that fit. I also ordered from online bridal vendors but they were just "too much dress" and too much bling. Finally, in August I ordered this dress again in the proper size. It's not perfect--the armpits are too tight and it's too long--but as I'll need it hemmed anyway additional alterations won't be a big deal. I have one more dress on order from a major department store that cost 4x as much. It will probably cost that much to alter it. It's a safe bet that I won't be returning this dress and may even order one in another color!
