Bought these for my son who was 3 yrs old at the time. I was worried it might be too heavy and stiff for a little kid but it was fairly lightweight yet durable and super comfy. We've had it for nearly a year now and it's gone through mud, snow, rock climbing, puddle jumping, tree balancing, foot dragging and no holes and there's still good thread on its soles. Also, my son is able to put these on himself (albeitly often on the wrong foot-this is the only downside). Initially bought it just for winter but he loved it so much he wears it all the time. All-in-all the perfect boot/shoe. Love love love them!
