Works really well once you learn how to use it.

I've only had it for 2 days but so far it's working very well. I like the acupuncture setting best. For those who left negative comments about it being weak or not working, I think maybe they just didn't know how to use it. So you put it on first and press the button on the side until you hear a beep. Then press the heat button when you want to heat and when you release the button it should beep. Then press and release the adjust button and you should hear a beep. Then press the plus button to make it stronger. Every time you change the settings button, you have to press the plus button again because the intensity starts at 0 again. It's so strong that I can only use it at an intensity around 5 or 6. but once you understand it, it will be easy to use. I can say that my neck muscles are really relaxed after using it. I was just starting to have a headache before I started writing this review, I turned on the device and now after 5 minutes the headache is gone.

Pros
  • 3 MODES, 15 INTENSITY LEVELS FOR NECK PAIN RELIEF: Press and hold the switch button for 3 seconds to start, 3 massage modes 15 intensity settings and heat functions on the remote control, very easy to operate. The skin-friendly, breathable soft silicone material does not put pressure on the carotid artery. The scoop neck is closer to the skin, neck size and neck curve on different people.
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
