My hands crack and bleed and it's an endless cycle. I thought it was a waste of money but it heals my hands overnight. Smudge that (it's not greasy at all) and put on gloves and when I wake up my hands look healthy and young again. Although it's quite perfumed. So if you are prone to migraines, you can also get gloves to avoid the smell as much as possible.
