It's fine for what it's designed for. It holds water perfectly and keeps the temperature for a decent amount of time. Unfortunately, the smell is a very strong plastic smell. It's not gone yet and I sat on it for a while, even washed it before using it AND using flavored Epsom salts. It's not as bad as it was when you first opened the box, but it's still there. If that doesn't bother you then I'd say go for it because it's a great foot spa and cute design. Dries quickly, storage bag is very convenient.
