Review on SCHMETZ Microtex Size 80/12 Sewing Machine Needle by Amy Mcleod

Don't get me wrong, I love Schmetz needles. Excellent quality, extremely reliable and prone to breakage on all the machines I've ever used (compared to other brands of needles). They were on standby but I thought it was worth the wait - even if it would delay the blanket I want to donate by a week. Unfortunately, when my order finally arrived, all I received was a card that should have had the actual needle pack attached. Whether it was Revain's fault, the seller's oversight, or the manufacturer's fault, this is incredibly unacceptable. At some point in the supply chain, did anyone wonder why this item was no more than a 2.25" x 3.75" piece of cardboard? Didn't anyone notice that the product itself wasn't in the box? I am very disappointed and upset. I will not reorder this item in the future. I'd rather be sure that the product is actually included, even if that means paying more and losing the convenience of online shopping.
