Update: October 3, 2021: The company does not respond to emails, it does not have a phone number. They replied to one of my 20 emails and said they didn't support the 10 year warranty. DO NOT BUY THESE TOWELS AS THEY WILL NOT RESET THE WARRANTY! I spent $160 on 96 of these wipes. It's unacceptable like BABY NAPKINS! UPDATE: September 9, 2021 These natural colored towels are now hard/tough. This is unacceptable as a baby wipe. I have to use them on my newborn's butt. That's unfair to him. I bought a total of 96 towels and about 70 of them are hard/hard. I'll contact the company that makes them and they last better with a 10 year guarantee. These are the BEST cloth napkins for cloth diapers. ONLY GET WHITE, DON'T TURN BLACK, BLACK IS TERRIBLE, LEAVES BLACK Blush ALL OVER THE BABY. WHITE IS BIG! Buy these, you won't regret it.
