Cheap Headphones, Great Customer Service
Like many people, I've had great customer service experiences with these guys. I bought headphones for my daughter in 2nd grade. Sent direct from China, one arrived broken. I contacted the company, they called me back the next business day (so same evening from my perspective) and sent the entire replacement set, not just one pair to replace a broken pair. The teacher says they work well and the kids like them. VERDICT: These are cheap headphones at a low price but the customer service is exceptionally good. If you have any problems contact them and they will fix it.
