When I first bought this I was excited but a bit skeptical about the battery life. Sometimes the light uses a lot of electricity and I felt like I had to leave it on all the time. THIS IS NOT IN MY SETUP. I use this in close proximity to my seat in Zoom meetings. I set the brightness to 6-7% at 3100K with CCT. I fully charged the battery and unplugged it. After 6-8 hours of continuous use, the battery symbol finally appeared in the first line. YES, FIRST LINE. I couldn't be happier. The color is perfect for getting a good skin tone and doesn't cast harsh shadows. I'm almost ready to buy a second one to create a fill light.
