Review on HP Pavilion 23Xw Backlit Monitor: Full HD 1920X1080P, 60Hz, HDMI – J7Y75AA#ABA by Frank Goyette

I bought this monitor to free up some desk space as I just hooked up a Mac Mini to an old 720P TV. Aesthetically, this monitor looks like it was designed to work with the Mac Mini, Apple's wireless keyboard and trackpad. I have this in an area with a lot of ambient light and since it's not a super glossy screen it really doesn't detract too much. The resolution and refresh rate didn't really become an issue, but I don't really use it for gaming or watching a lot of movies. I've also used it as a secondary monitor for my HP laptop and the performance of the monitor matches the nature of my work. I liked the 23 inch screen as the TV was too big to quickly display the data on the screen.
