Probably the worst part about using band aids, or band aids in general, is removing them. It's like brazilian waxing of an arm, leg or whatever. I use them along with a non-stick gauze pad instead of glue to avoid this problem. I buy 4x4 gauze pads, cut one to size and use this tape to hold it in place. I've never had a problem with the bandage coming off even when I sleep on it. Also useful for covering a cut on a pet and definitely great to use on children.
