Lost phone, twice

Terrible. The phone flew off the cradle, not once, but twice. Yes, I should have known the first time, but to be honest I thought it was an accident or that I didn't install it properly given what is usually a good experience for RAM users. I would not trust this device on a motorcycle. I saw in several other reviews that this product might be fake, so that might be the problem. No more risk.
