The support team has been very attentive to our needs - always quick with response times that never seem sluggish or slow. We've had some issues but they have gotten them resolved quickly without any hassle at all! Not much yet, I would say just be patient and it will come over time. It's not so bad as there are many other services out there who could use more attention. As of now we're satisfied with their service. We needed help in getting an app developed from scratch (no coding involved) because we were looking into building our own solution. They helped us understand what can be done and assisted with the development process right from concepting through testing and deployment.
