Good quality, soft and durable. You still have to take care of your animals!

This is MUCH better than carrying a big hard plastic cone that bangs into things all day or for weeks at a time. This doesn't mean this is a cure for everyone, you need to keep an eye on them! It's beautiful, soft and easy to put on. My dog isn't wearing any clothes or anything so I figured he might react to me wearing that, but no. She let me put it on and didn't seem to mind at all. When they lie down upside down, there's a little pillow underneath them rather than weird cold plastic! That alone makes you feel like your pup isn't so miserable. If she shook her head a lot or was a wild, naughty puppy she might have fallen over, but not very easily. Anterior Cruciate Ligament Surgery. I have a small dog, around 25-30 lbs, and while it's close by, it's not wide enough to 100% prevent her from reaching her back legs if she wanted to. There is still room in the upgraded version with a different ring. It will most certainly still create a barrier which should help stop them. Every dog has a different persistence in licking. Luckily she didn't feel like licking the wound. Never mind I would only use this if you are present and in control of them and able to intervene if necessary. If the puppy is alone and/or unable to look after them, use a plastic cone for more protection and a stronger barrier.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive
