I love this brush but it came with some wooden bristles that are missing. They weren't in the plastic packaging, so they must have been sent that way by the manufacturer. However, I have very fine, medium length hair that is prone to split ends and tangles and it flows through like silk and feels like it's massaging me when I use it, unlike boar bristle brushes which don't seem to reach the scalp . . I wanted to put it in my purse as it's small and handy, but I was afraid of losing more of the wooden bristles, so instead it sits on the bathroom shelf until I find a little pouch to store it in.
