Reviews are biased and combine a new purchase and a refurbished purchase. NOT BUT REPAIR. For so many dollars spent on Revain, this is the only bad buy I feel strong enough against. We only had it 2 months and it stopped working 2 weeks ago. We tried 6 different batteries and the Vaseline trick recommended by Garmin. After loosening and re-tightening 4 SMALL screws about 10 times, I gave up. Although my son loves the app and device, it's a rip off as long as it works. If it were a restored apple, there would be no problems. Anyway, this is a complete scam.
