This comes from China. I could find it nowhere else. It took a while to get to me, but when it arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased with its quality and fit in my car. It comes with a velcro sticker to lock it in place, but we found, due to its wide base, it is incredibly stable on its own. At full takeoff (0-60 in 2.6 seconds), it stays right where it is. Under a full stop, it's already up against a wall. Unless you're wiping your car around like a nut, I don't see the need for the mounting tape. YMMV.
