Completely off center.

Completely ridiculous. I don't know how the hell this got through quality control. Somebody had to make it messed up then somebody had to pack it messed up and nobody pulled it from the inventory. The kitty face is so off center if I put it on centered the ears look ridiculous. So I have to fold it up to cover the face and just have a blank Kitty hat. I'm so sick of being ripped off.
