This air quality meter is amazing! It's good to know if the air you're breathing is VOC and particle free, and it's also great to be able to control CO2 levels for plants or for home and personal safety. I opened the box and tried it right away. I was pleased to find that the device is easily rechargeable using a regular cell phone USB cable. The device detected elevated CO2 levels very quickly simply by breathing and exhaling in the direction of the device. I also tested the VOC meter by opening a can of acetone as shown in the photos, which also shows up in large quantities very quickly. I also noticed that particulate matter levels went up when I went into the woodworking business. This thing is simple and elegant. Highly recommended.
