Simple and what I think is a good device. But I really can't tell. Supplied in a small plastic bag. One side of the disc is slightly different from the other. So how do you install? (no instructions for the device) I installed it before contacting Delta) Oops! Then I contacted Delta. The representative said that both sides are equal. NOT. I opened the pipe fitting to inspect the device. It fell apart (apparently I installed it the wrong way around?) I closed the fitting with the damaged device still in the pipe. He throttled the water flow - I don't know to what extent. I emailed Delta and offered to include a very quick guide/picture in the box of the device. So the device stays there until I can get a ball throttle valve - with a little handle. hp The DELTA customer service line is very responsive. I think they just didn't understand the situation.
