The best part about this program is it's ease of use, and also its flexibility. You can customize your own schedule, and you don't have to be online at work when people are scheduled to log in or out! There isn't much I dislike so far. It has been easy for me to learn how to navigate through all aspects of the application. If there was anything I would like to see improved is being able to create more than one calendar with multiple users. We've found great success using time pilot as our main scheduling tool. Benefits include accurate reporting and visibility into who is working where and what they're doing throughout the day. This helps us ensure we provide consistent service across departments.
