Been looking for a blender for a long time, accidentally bought this after doing a few comparisons. Assembly and cleaning are relatively easy if you follow the instructions. This blender is bigger than I thought it would be, 8.5QT which is better than I expected. It has different speeds for different recipes. So far I have used it for cookie dough, cake batter and shipping cream. It makes an incredibly smooth batter for my cakes. I'm not a professional baker, but I think this is definitely the best option for home baking. This saves me a lot of time preparing for other baking routines. I recommend all of us to buy it if you love to bake and make sweets at home.
