Review on WELLAND Floating Shelves Display Deeper by Asia Turner

Nowhere on the website does it say it's covered in vinyl paper. I assumed this piece would be similar to other shelves covered in some sort of laminate. Rather, it is covered in vinyl wallpaper that is not even cut straight on the edges. In addition to the sketch work, only 5 screws and anchors are supplied with the piece when the back has 7 holes to ensure its strength. Finally, the chipboard is not protected by vinyl paper and is more easily damaged. When it got to me it was slightly damaged on several sides (the box was undamaged). It's not a bad product, just not what I expected. If you are looking for a normal (vered laminate) shelf, this is not it.
