Review on Testomato by Jacob Kuntz

We are using testo for about 2 years now, it's been great! The support is also amazing - quick response times, helpful answers when we have questions or problems with our account. I don't like that there isn't an option in their dashboard where you can see how many minutes of downtime per month (or week) you're experiencing compared to other customers. This would be very useful as well if this data was available somewhere else so I'm not always looking at my own Dashboard. It helps us spot issues in real time which allows us to react faster than before. And since everything happens live without any delay between me clicking "test" & them seeing results, no work gets lost because something failed earlier along the way. If possible, please add more features such as custom dashboards showing specific metrics by day/week etc., maybe even allowing users to.
