Great Product That Fails Short in Price

CX Manager is very configurable and easy to install. It's very easy to use and has very clear instructions. Some of the integrations with the other applications are not very robust and I often have to rely on the CX Manager support staff to guide me on how to do it. The best part is that it is open source. It's a solid product and would have been a worthy competitor for all the other POS vendors, but the price tag makes it hard for the market. We used this to replace our legacy system and it has been a huge upgrade. Being able to keep track of all the transactions that go through our POS system is so much easier now and that has really been a huge difference for our staff and our customers. It's easy to use and has very good customer service. I dislike that it doesn't have self-service options. We can only do so much with the help of their team. If you're looking for an out of the box solution, this is not the one for you. We are trying to solve our self-service problems by using CX Manager.
