The team is very professional! They have all sorts of experience so they are able to help with any question or problem that arises during our project's lifecycle (idea/concept stage - launch date). Their support tickets turn out fast & answer my questions asap within 24hrs!! We had some initial issues but their staff was there for us whenever we needed them which made it easier than I thought possible after speaking wth another agency who didn't communicate well at times :) Our site has been running smoothly since then although certain features were not included initially like live chat integration etc..
