Came exactly like the picture and was very easy to set up. The only thing I really don't like is that you can enter numbers in any order. All you have to do is enter 3 numbers and as long as it's the 3 you set it will unlock. I wanted a lock that was simple enough for my kids to be able to get in and out of the house in an emergency. The box itself is very solid. The screws that came with it were tiny, so we used 3" screws instead. The supplied rubber is also neat. If you lose the little code changing tool, you can use almost anything that has a flat side. To change the code, insert a small tool and turn the arrow in the opposite direction of the other numbers. Would love to see an updated version where you at least have to enter the numbers in order, but for now this will work. It's very easy for my 8 year old to open the key and put it back in.
