Disappointed with the service
I bought two of these, one from Arkansas and one from Colorado, one from Arkansas was completely destroyed and can't even be replaced, one from Colorodo is fine but I me was very disappointed to find that they are broken for my grandma and the packaging was fine so most likely it was already broken when they sent it to me
