Unusable bottom shelf.
A++ customer service! The bottom shelf is only 3 inches and the two middle tiers are about 4 inches. Even my toddler's water bottles are too big for the bottom shelf. In order to use 3 tiers, I had to raise the middle shelf of the top half 1 tier higher than the instructions say.
