I wasn't sure I would like this product and was nervous about some of the other reviews. BUT, overall I am very satisfied! Received quickly, everything is intact. I noticed this because the silicone gasket that comes with the kit was a real problem. They were just too big (both width and length) for my eyes. I started the process and gave up one day and then decided to try again after modifying the silicone pads. I cut off a small section from each side to better fit the length of my eye. Then I cut off the top part, leaving only the "roll" where the eyelashes will be glued. It made everything MUCH easier! They still didn't hold well in corners, but that was enough for me to get the job done. Also, the glue didn't hold them on my eyelids at all. It was great for lashes, but don't rely on it to keep the silicone pads in place. I also had a hard time using the included tool to set the lashes in place. All in all, once I figured it out I did both eyes at the same time and it was done in about 45 minutes with pretty good results! A few tips I found out: 1. Change the silicone pads to fit the size of your eyes2. Use eyelash glue to hold the pads in place and then use the glue from the eyelash kit3. It's easier to add lashes section by section, starting at the inner corner of the eye and moving forward. When trying to do everything at once I found that I use more glue because it dries too quickly4. I found it easier to use a toothpick than a plastic tool to stick lashes onto the Pad5. If your lashes are very straight, use an eyelash curler just prior to application. They stick more easily to the silicone seal6. I only apply products at the roots and slightly above the middle to avoid damaging the tips of the lashes7. When you're done, during the day if you're thinking about it, lift it up with your finger or eyelash brush.
