I don't know why people have such a hard time with this. MEASURE the bars. One is slightly longer than the other. Who is longer goes back. With proper placement, the included hardware fits perfectly. Installation was easy and hassle free on our 2019 Nissan Kicks SR. *** Update to my previous review. After a month and a half of use with some trips in kayaks well under the maximum weight, the poles started to bend which loosened the threads on the bolts holding the pole. I've already had one set fall out and can't screw it back on due to warping and misalignment :( I think you get what you pay for.
